Babeth is a certified Pilates instructor, French by origin and Novellese by adoption. For years she has guided her students with an attentive, progressive method tailored to each body and goal: posture, back pain, mobility, muscle tone and peace of mind.
In her studio, classes take place in tiny groups: only 2 people per class on the Reformers. Every movement is watched, corrected, personalised.
From classic matwork to the Reformer: a complete offer, for all ages and all levels.
Mat-based Pilates classes in small groups. The foundation of the method: breathing, core, posture.
2 professional Italian Body & Exercise Studio Reformers, only 2 people per class: a true semi-private workout.
A one-to-one class, matwork or Reformer, built entirely around you: gentle rehabilitation, specific goals, return to activity.
Babeth is certified to work with elderly people: balance, mobility, fall prevention, in complete safety.
Four options per discipline: try a class, subscribe or buy a package. All prices are per person.
(*) Monthly membership. Initial commitment of 2 months, then automatic month-to-month renewal with free cancellation at any time and no penalty: the membership stays active until the end of the month already paid. Before each renewal you receive an email with the amount and the charge date. If you cannot attend 5 times in a month, you can carry over 1 class per month: cancel at least 24 hours in advance and the credit remains valid for 60 days.
(**) 15-class package. One-time payment, no subscription and no automatic renewal. Classes are personal and must be used within 3 months of purchase.
Each class lasts 55 minutes. Private classes are arranged by appointment. For online purchases you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under articles 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code.
